How to Control Anger?

Most of us, at one time or the other, have been faced with a situation wherein anger takes control of the feelings and results in unrecoverable loss to personal or professional relations.

Holding anger also may result in eruption of bad feelings at some other stage. It is therefore essential to dispose off this anger before it catches you again. It is best to confront the individual/situation causing worry and tactfully expressing displeasure.

These meditative measures when practiced on a daily basis help one to be more realistic and practical in approach. It also builds rationality by overcoming emotional hang-ups. 

Therapy groups too help in solving the anger problem communally. These anger management groups let you learn how to control anger by way of discussing the problems and consulting. Any way to express anger?
