What is anger?

Anger is a justified emotion releasing the negative thought hovering on a person’s mind and distracting him.

Showing anger is not an unhealthy action and at times is therapeutic. However, it is very important to express it in a more dignified manner so that nobody gets hurt in the whole process. It is also mandatory to keep a check on regular outbursts and aggression and find the causes of anger.

So, what are the causes of anger?

For children influence of elders is one of the major causes of anger. While expressing your anger you must realize that your children are watching and may pick up the same behavior. Hence, it is mandatory to keep a check and apologies when once expressed.  

Media too influences kids thought process a lot. Cartoons depicting fights as a justified action increases violence and hence as a guardian one needs to monitor the child s viewing. It is also important to explain situations to them so that they do not pickup the wrong message.
