Sound and music can induces humans feeling and mood, it can soothe and calm you, or make you arouse and excited.  

Anger management soundtrack is a skill used to control effectively your anger.

To make anger management soundtrack effective, the listener should be calm and are comfortable with the voices of the soundtrack. Other than that, the listener should also find the best way that he or she is comfortable with and able to use the soundtrack to deal with anger.
